Best Tec is an established mechanical contractor covering all of Southern California. We are looking for someone with good people skills and common sense to provide excellent customer service, and be responsive to our customers with meaningful follow up.
The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phones, following up on parts orders, filing and invoicing. Prior experience with invoicing in a construction environment is helpful but not required. Prior experience with Quickbooks is helpful but not required.
We have a very busy office where everyone is expected to pitch in where necessary. You must be a team player. You must be able to multi-task. You must be organized. That said, we love what we do and have a great time doing it. We’re laid back and casual, but we get the job done!
