• Hourly Rate: $40-45 per hour (paid weekly!)
• Location: Auckland CBD

Are you an experienced and highly organised PA looking for a temporary role within the government sector? This might be the role for you! Short-term role, around 6 weeks, supporting 2 managers and the wider team with administration.

About The Role

• Provide administrative support to senior executives and managers
• Coordinate and manage calendars, schedules, and appointments
• Arrange and prepare meeting materials, agendas, and minutes
• Organise travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation
• Screen and prioritise incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
• Maintain confidential records and files

About you:

• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or similar where you have done diary management (a must!)
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently
• Valid open work visa, residency/citizenship
