Educational Recruiter

£25,000-£28,000 FTE (Full time or 4 day per week) – 12 Month Maternity Cover with possibility of permanent appointment

This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for an experienced recruiter.

You will be joining a team who makes a massive difference to children and young people with autism and their families. We require an experienced recruitment professional to support our Recruitment Specialist and HR Team. You will be an innovative, efficient and effective recruitment professional who can manage the who attraction, hire, and onboarding experience. You will work with the senior teaching and charity leadership across the whole portfolio of our services. You will be expected to attract and hire the best talent available. You will ensure we hire in accordance with the highest standard of Safer Recruitment.

Our services include specialist independent schools for children and young adults with autism from the ages of 4-19. Our Early Years’ service provides support for families and children aged 15 months – 5 years, and our Post-19 provision offers opportunities for young adults from the age of 19 to 25, helping to prepare them for adulthood.

About You:

• The ideal candidate will have a strong professional recruitment background, ideally with HR administration experience.
• Experience in hiring staff in the educational sector is desirable.
• You will have a consistent record of attracting talent and meet hiring deadlines.
• An excellent communicator, with high attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied and busy workload.
• You will be a positive and enthusiastic team player.
• Experience of working in a special needs educational setting would be helpful.
• You will join a supportive central HR team where teamwork, flexibility, and a positive can-do attitude are essential attributes.

Salary: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
