BeyondBNB.io Hiring for Client Success Specialist at Remote Full Time

Are you a short-term rental operator with a passion for helping others succeed in the industry?

Look no further! BeyondBNB.io is seeking a Client Success Manager to join our team. As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our clients, ensuring they are satisfied with our services and renewing their contracts on an ongoing basis. You will also be responsible for onboarding new clients to ensure new clients are set up for success. Additionally, you will gather client feedback to inform product and service improvements and support clients through their journey to achieve their desired outcomes.

Key Results Areas (KRAs):

• Client retention and growth
• Client onboarding and onboarding process improvement
• Gathering client feedback
• Ensuring client success

Expected Activities:

• Spending time one on one with clients to provide strategic direction for their success with out program
• Identifying areas to improve our product and services through conversation

We are a fully remote company and work mostly with clients in the United States, although our head office is located in Australia.

We have a 6 week training program for new hires to help get you to the level where you know enough about the industry and our clients and products to be confident working independently.

To be considered for this position, you must have experience working in client or customer success, Airbnb hosting experience is a bonus. Additionally, you must have a good internet connection, a quiet, distraction-free workspace, and a good technology set up (laptop, webcam, headset and ergonomic desk chair).

Salary: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
