Overview

We are looking for a Facilities Solutions Project Manager possessing a strong FM background with a keen interest in workplace management and smart technology and understands how it can be applied to building management. The role will have responsibility for the management of the installed building systems, development of ongoing innovations, benchmarking of the cost saving benefits and the promotion and development of the introduction of Smart Technology to our client base.

The successful candidate will initially drive technology-led solutions into our current offerings whilst also analysing and assessing how we can improve our proposals and drive productivity and margin.

This is a leadership role requiring the creation and delivery of a business plan which will support the development of new capabilities within Bidvest Noonan encompassing both traditional and newly evolving technologies which are identified as being relevant and complimentary to Outsourced Solutions and FM providers.

We are seeking a tech-savvy individual with a passion for change, the ability to drive agility by rethinking the operating model while creating and sustaining an innovative culture whilst delivering Business Unit digit reinvention.

Key aspects to role and Principal Responsibilities:

• Smart building installation management – clear understanding of the smart building initiative
• Embed disruptive technologies, from AI to machine learning, into client solutions and business processes
• Analytics and information management – understand the importance of data in a hybrid working environment and how they can differentiate
• Identify and improve System Integration
• Develop a Technology Strategy and Transformation Programme for individual contracts and business wide adoption
• Identify operational risk and potential to eradicate through technology adoption
• Design and project management
• Commercial focus
• Present and develop solutions that meet clients’ needs
• Work with various stakeholders throughout the business and client base.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience performing facilities and maintenance support activities in a corporate environment
• Prior hands-on experience with FM building and systems management
• Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be knowledgeable of building, security and associated technologies
• Must have a proven track record in innovative solutions and project management skills
• Desirable experience in business or strategic development
