Bidvest Noonan is seeking a highly motivated and customer focused individual to support its Operations Manager for a client in the agriculture sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Key Account Managers, supporting multiple Client facilities across the Cleaning Division. The main responsibility for this position is to coordinate key service deliverables and be fully responsible for ensuring that all facilities are fully compliant with both contractual and company requirements.

Responsibilities:

• The Operations Manager will be responsible for the Cleaning Division.
• Organise and provide day-to-day management of all aspects of the Operations Team
• Deliver a high quality, customer focused service through strong leadership of the Team and assist in the development of a customer driven culture
• Management, coordination, coaching and development of the Key Account and Area Management team
• Ensure all Client performance matters are managed, reported and meet the agreed KPIs for daily operations

• Ensure maximum compliance with predetermined Service Level Agreements of our clients and report back to the business accordingly
• Financial responsibility for the Key Account portfolio, answerable to the Director of Operations
• Ensure reporting on Key Account Managers activity back to Head Office on a weekly basis
• Review low margin contracts in conjunction with each Key Account Manager, review inputs and correct accordingly
• Provide advice, guidance and on-going support to the Key Account Team
• Escalate both recurring and potential problems to the Services Director
• Work closely with other Departments in the organisation and maintain communication to ensure rapid response times to problems and issues which may arise
• Communicate Customer Satisfaction results to all levels within the Head Office structure
• Financial responsibility for the performance of all contracts within remit. Support achievement of ETIBDA for the Budget Plan
• Responsible for margin performance in line with expectations, labour control (actual vs budget), monitoring of WIP / support debt collection / response to month end queries. Review and control Division spend on Janitorial Supplies
• Conduct staff verification audits per month to ensure compliance with Bidvest Noonan employment regulations
• Support Business Development Executive on new business generation and increased service density
• Support contract mobilisation within the Division
• Lead by example and ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with statutory, regulatory and company safety and quality standards
• Ensure that all staff understand and follow Client confidentiality rules
• Lead a culture of reward and recognition through the development of people to minimize employee turnover, encouraging appropriate attitudes and behaviours and increased employee engagement results
• Complete bi-annual formal appraisals with staff to provide feedback and career development opportunities
• Ensure that all employees are recruited, vetted and fully licensed in accordance with legislation and agreed Client and Bidvest Noonan HR policies and procedures
• Demonstrate leadership in best practice people management by ensuring that all Bidvest Noonan HR policies and procedures are embedded within the contract

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the Facilities Management Industry and/or food production.
• Full Clean Drivers Licence
• Fluent English
• If Non-EEA, a Visa enabling you to work in Ireland on a full-time basis is essential
