Bike Therapy Hiring for Retail Operations at Morgan Hill, CA Full Time

Bike Therapy, Morgan Hill’s award-winning retail bicycle shop, dedicated to improving everyone’s bike riding experience, is seeking a full-time Operations Manager. Do you possess mad skills when it comes to organization and follow-through? If so, we want you to join our fun-loving team! Enthusiasm for bicycles and strong interpersonal skills are a must.

As an integral part of our Ops Team, you will help keep the flow of product flowing. This job includes processing online orders, receiving shipments, organizing our storage areas and completing inventory counts. You will also help with normal upkeep of our POS system and maintaining shop supplies.

Requirements

Previous operations experience a must! We need someone to step into this role and create structure for our business.

• Able to sit or stand and walk throughout the scheduled work shift

• Able to lift and/or move up to 60 lbs.
