Billing Solutions is seeking a Medical Records Specialist for an entry level position in our growing company. You will be tasked with submitting medical records to payers to support the medical necessity of services billed. You will communicate with internal staff and external clients to coordinate the timely delivery of these submissions.
Duties/Responsibilities

• Track all requests for medical records
• Maintain consistent contact with clients to ensure records are received timely
• Correspond with insurance companies, provide requested records
• Communicate with leadership regarding the status of requests
• Maintain strict confidentiality
• Pull medical records from clients? HER when indicated
• Review records to ensure quality
• Communicate appropriately using correct syntax with clients
• These duties and responsibilities are not the full scope of the job description and are subject to change upon company and client demand. Additional tasks may be assigned from time to time dependent on current or projected business need.

Relevant Information

• Currently looking for an employee who can work in our Prescott Main Office with the possibility of a remote position after training completion
• This is an entry level position, working Monday-Friday
