Binson’s Medical Equipment & Supplies in Ann Arbor, Michigan is looking for a Customer Care Associate to join our growing team!

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: *

• High school diploma for equivalent
• Customer Service Skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: *

• Greeting customers and assisting with product inquiries
• Stocking shelves and rotating inventory
• Cleaning displays, shelves and work areas
• Enter patient information in computer system
• Answer calls and assist customers or route calls to appropriate department
• Any additional duties assigned

SCHEDULE: *

• Monday-Friday 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
