Senior Business Consultant – Business Enablement Solutions(NH0210)
Job Purpose:
As part of the Business Enablement Solutions team, this position supports enterprise Sales, Customer Service, and Underwriting divisions on solution delivery for pre-sale (quoting, account, and opportunity management) and post-sale (account installation, OE readiness) processes.
Our consultants serve as liaisons between business teams and IT to gather, document, and prioritize requirements; provide creative recommendations on enhancement / solution options; manage solution releases; conduct testing, training, and support users, as well as facilitating reporting and analytics requests, including data integrity management.
This position will have a primary focus on training, communications, documentation, and change management, while also engaging in business requirements and delivery responsibilities.
This position is responsible for providing business analysis and leadership to ensure alignment and integration across functional areas in support of divisional strategies and to ensure consistency and efficiency requiring leadership of major, complex, and strategic cross-divisional and enterprise-wide projects from inception to completion.
Oversight coordination, and ability to implement projects according to dynamic and critical timelines; oversight of project teams, resources, and budget; and interacting with all levels of management including senior management.
Supports the prioritization of divisional activities and tracks progress to goals.
Required Job Qualifications:
Bachelors’ Degree and four (4) years’ experience-OR- Eight (8) years’ experience in business analysis, process improvement, project management, business operations or relevant health care industry experience
Three (3) years of project management experience with large and complex multi-million-dollar projects.
Experience communicating with senior management from multiple divisions.
Experience developing and delivering presentations.
Problem resolution experience and skills.
Negotiations skills.
Verbal and written communications skills including establishing working relationships across departments, preparing presentations to senior management, and establishing team environment.
Organizational skills.
Experience managing multiple complex projects successfully.
Detail oriented.
PC proficiency to include MS Office products,
Preferred Job Qualifications:
*Demonstrated experience with instructor-led training facilitation, solution release communications, and training guide documentation
*Strong knowledge of end-to-end pre-sale and post-sale processes for large group business
*Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and workflows
*Reporting and analytics knowledge and skills
