Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do:
Review the lease and all lease paperwork with residents before move-in, ensuring all documents are signed.
Greet, qualify, tour and lease apartments to prospective residents.
Follow-up with all prospective traffic via phone, mail and/or e-mail.
Accept and write resident service requests in a timely and accurate manner.
Process all rental applications in a timely and accurate manner (24-48 hours).
Generate qualified traffic through outside marketing efforts.

Qualifications:
Blue Ridge Companies requires you to have a valid driver’s license to drive the golf cart.

Networking and building connections with prospective residents.
Using computer software to process all rental applications.
Planning, promoting and attending resident social functions.
Understanding and observing all Fair Housing rules and regulations, in both letter and spirit.
Maintaining knowledge of all competition and assisting with completion of market survey.
Supporting the whole team effort by providing clerical support and answering phone calls.
