This is an extraordinary opportunity to launch the BlueOptima UX Research Team and play a key role in defining our product and design strategy.
You will set, test, and standardise the research process, impacting directly the alignment of the strategy and vision for our products.
You will be a user advocate, always championing the user-centred culture of the company.
As a UX Researcher at BlueOptima you will be in charge of optimising the research process, identifying the best tools and approaches to succeed.
And all the while perform, document and advocate for the ongoing research-driven evolution of all our products.
Your team:
You will be embedded in a diverse and highly collaborative environment, interacting regularly with a Product Design team, and more broadly our product and client-facing teams spread across multiple global locations.
Key responsibilities:
Own and conduct end-to-end UX Research with a variety of personas from major global organisations – from foundational research through to concept and usability testing.
Translate development goals and strategies into research opportunities while working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate research topics.
Perform market and ethnographic research
What You Need to Succeed at BlueOptima:
A relevant degree (eg, in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, UX Design) or equivalent experience.
UX Research experience proven in a portfolio of projects.
Ability to quickly and effectively share research results
Ability to perform all research-related tasks including research, planning, evaluating, and iteration – Ability to formulate specific, answerable, and practical questions
Experience with remote testing tools
Understanding of industry-standard UX research methods including ethnographic methods (e.g., in depth interview, group interviews), evaluative methods (e.g., concept testing, in-lab/remote usability testing, tree testing, etc.), and quantitative methods (surveys, behavioural analytics, etc.).
