Opportunity Overview

The Online Dining Systems Coordinator will work with the Digital Services team and be responsible for supporting online ordering and third party delivery for the brands that Bluestone manages. The position will work closely with Digital Services and Marketing. This role is integral in growing our business by supporting various off-premise programs geared at driving off-premise sales for brands that Bluestone Hospitality manages.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Fields support request for third-party and online ordering. Triages and coordinates resolution with appropriate resources (IT, delivery provider).
• Monitor tablets to ensure they’re online – follows up proactively and timely with stores to resolve any issues
• Coordinate equipment replacements for third-party. Coordinate with IT as required
• Coordinate support with third party providers
• Support Digital Services team with the end-to-end launch processes between restaurants and our delivery partners and online providers.
• Conduct customer tests transactions to ensure successful roll out of online ordering at new stores
• Maintain menus online for all third-party providers (UberEats, DoorDash, Grubhub, Postmates, etc) and online providers
• Coordinates with POS menu programmers required updates that coincide with third-party and online menu updates
• Coordinate with POS menu programmers required updates that coincide with third-party delivery/online menu updates
• Supports all marketing promotions on online ordering and with third-party
• Manage online gift card transactions, including customer service support, processing refunds and supporting marketing promotions
• Interface and update accounting as required; understand general accounting processes in relation to online ordering and third-party
• Maintain website updates relevant to third-party and online ordering (e.g., hours of operations)

What We Are Looking For / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of hospitality industry experience
• Experience supporting third party delivery platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Critical thinker since dealing with variety of intersections between Ops, Marketing, IT
• Operational understanding of how stores work, culture, menus and order processes/flows

• Very organized and can plan accordingly in prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and support restaurants in a timely manner
• Reliable / Available Must be willing and available to work outside of business hours (nights and weekends).
• Marketing experience is preferable, but secondary

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $24.00 – $30.00 per hour
