Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Agribusiness Partner to join our team in Cambridge, managing a portfolio of medium – large scale Agri customers.

This is a critical role for us, where you will partner with our clients to understand their banking needs and provide appropriate solutions to support them while helping to grow our brand and business. If you’re looking to progress your career in Agribusiness then this is the role for you! Key responsibilities will include:

• Maintain and manage relationships across an Agribusiness banking portfolio
• Work closely with your local team to ensure strong portfolio management
• Play a proactive role in the rural community representing our market brand to the highest standard

Ōu Pūkenga | About You

Our ideal candidate is someone passionate about Agribusiness banking. A qualification and/or experience in Finance, Accounting, Business or Legal is beneficial. Essential for the role is your ability to make an informed opinion and articulate that opinion on financial statements and sector areas of interest.

In this role you will enhance our partnerships with our clients, therefore you will need to have strong commercial acumen, and understand the value of networking and what it means to create success.
