The Boeing Company is seeking an Associate Procurement Agent (Level 2) to join our Operations Structures Asia team located in Everett or Renton, WA.

Position Responsibilities:
Manage and measure supplier performance.

Develop and generate supplier performance metrics.

Provide direction to suppliers to improve their performance to contractual requirements.

Lead supplier performance reviews.

Evaluate risks and opportunities; assist suppliers in implementing risk mitigation plans.

Communicate performance to plan to stakeholders and leadership.

Work with internal and external resources, utilizing tools, processes and methods to enhance supplier performance to meet customer and program requirements.

Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and supply chain personnel.

Communicate supplier performance status to programs, internal business partners, customers and all other stakeholders; with excellent verbal, reading, technical, and writing skills.

This position is a hybrid position that allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed locations.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
2+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management.

2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a manufacturing, assembly and/or aerospace environment.

2+ years working in customer service

Experience with project management tools

Typical Education/ Experience:
Typically, 3 or more years’ related work experience or military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Summary pay range: $64,600-$88,920
