Bold Growth Inc. is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to support our facility and HR department. Reporting to the HR Generalist, this role provides general office services including welcoming guests, answering phones, conducting COVID protocol, responding to emails, printing and copying, keeping office supplies stocked, adding users to our security and punch clock systems, and a variety of other fun task. This position would be idea for a high energy, outgoing individual with a high degree of confidentiality and an interest in HR/Payroll.
Skills and Experience
- Ability to work in a fast-pasced environment
- 1 – 2 Years experience working in a production/manufacturing office environment
- Experience working with a time clock sytem would be an asset
- Experience with Ceridian Power Pay would be an asset
- Knowledge of inputing accounting entries would be an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically MS Excel
