About The Role

Borrowell is looking for a strategic and results-oriented sales leader to guide our growing Sales team. Reporting directly to the GM, Credit Building, this role is for a big picture thinker who can execute against their plan to acquire, engage, and retain customers. You will grow and lead a team that manages all inside sales for our products. The team is currently 20 people, distributed across Canada, primarily in a remote work-from-home structure.

Responsibilities

• Manage a budget and associated performance targets
• Develop customer onboarding strategies and management of associated targets
• Source new tools and platforms as needed
• Present and communicate strategies to executive level
• Drive an agenda of proactive exploration to create a system of continual optimization and improvement
• Provide vision and metrics-based measurement to deliver overall sales performance culture in the team

Requirements

• 7+ years of managing performance-driven sales teams
• Exceptional analytical skills with a passion for testing and measuring results
• Experience working with Salesforce
• Experience working with Looker, Tableau, or other data visualization tools
• Ability to lead and mentor a strong team of sales representatives
• Strong collaborator able to work with internal stakeholders and drive coordination cross-functionally

• Experience working in B2C financial services
• Experience working in a scaleup environment
• Fluency in French
