The Supply Chain Quality Advisor will be responsible for the quality management of Australia’s supply chain operations.

Please be aware that all bp ANZ employees must be Permanent Residents or Citizens of Australia or New Zealand.

About the Role:

• Ensure suppliers are aware of and meeting all quality and compliance requirements.
• Track quality performance, report and investigate failures.
• Coordinate investigations into customer complaints.
• Actively implement controls to ensure quality standards are maintained in a sustainable way.
• Oversee and manage quality across Australia’s supply chain network and operations.
• Coordinate and manage the requirement of Quality System Audits to ensure compliance to both internal and external standards.

About You:

• Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline (Science, Chemistry or Engineering)
• Proven performance in manufacturing/logistics quality management, or other relevant business.
• Demonstrated understanding of quality systems including ISO 9001 certification.
• Experience auditing and implementing quality systems and procedures.
• Prior experience in a Manufacturing facility although not essential, is desirable.
• Commitment to facilitating continuous process improvements.
• Strong ability to influence outcomes and negotiation skills.
