Brady Sullivan Properties is recruiting for an Accounting Clerk. A high-energy individual with a positive attitude and a team-oriented work ethic. In this position you will need to perform a wide range of accounts payable activities for the department and/or managers to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.

Requirements:

• Provide administrative assistance to the AP/Finance Department
• Perform special projects as assigned
• Sort, register, scan, and store invoices, checks, and other documents
• Handle the customer service needs of internal business partners
• Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
• Strong analytical ability is required in order to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various administrative problems and prioritize work.
• Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, databases and e-mail.
• Strong comfort working with numbers.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to understand various departmental operations and procedures.
• Must be able to work on multiple priorities.

Education:

Associates Degree in Accounting or Finance, or a combination of both formal education and job experience to equate to one years of experience.
