Main Contractor:
You would like to work for a long-standing main contractor who have a reputation for delivering high-quality construction work in the South-East of Ireland and who have over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. You want to work for a family-run, progressive main contractor who will offer you a unique opportunity to grow with the firm and will give you an opportunity to learn and grow alongside the most knowledgeable and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors.
Your next role is with one of Ireland’s most progressive main contractors on €multi-million projects in Wexford consisting of high-rise apartments, houses, and office-blocks. A challenging and exciting project that will provide you with the exposure and responsibility to take your career to the next level.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Assisting with estimates and compiling tender packages to present to Clients.
Working alongside and reporting to the senior QS
Liaising with Clients ensuring their specific requirements have been met and ongoing projects are progressing as planned.
Working with the Project team to prepare and present accurate valuation forecasts.
Working with the Project team to provide accurate Monthly Valuations and Applications
Verify Payments against Applications and summarise Debtors position.
Accurately price, negotiate and agree Contractual Variations with the Client
Work with the Project Team to highlight and mitigate risks to Health and Safety, Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Profitability of Construction Sites.
Procurement and Payment of Sub-Contractors / Suppliers.
Complete Monthly Performance Summary reports.

The Benefits:
Salary will be in the region of €35,000 – €45,000 (Negotiable) + package + fuel expenses are covered.
