BridgeView Looking for Full Stack Engineer – Remote at United States Full Time

BridgeView is currently looking for an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join a small but rapidly growing startup. The successful candidate will possess a wide range of technical skills, including expertise in the full development lifecycle with a Microsoft, Azure, and SQL Server tech stack.

TITLE:

SALARY: $120 – 130k/yr

LOCATION: Remote

OVERVIEW

The ideal candidate will have a passion for spending most of their time coding rather than in meetings, a deep knowledge of software development best practices, and the ability to work in a realistic but fast-paced environment.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Develop and maintain high-quality and efficient software solutions using Microsoft and technologies
• Utilize Azure services to develop and deploy cloud-native applications
• Collaborate with our other engineers to ensure quality and consistency of development
• Leverage Azure DevOps to manage and deploy applications
• Monitor and optimize application performance and scalability
• Proactively identify and resolve application issues
• Develop unit tests and integration tests for features
• Ensure application security and compliance with industry standards
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Ability to independently make solid engineering decisions across the full lifecycle of development with C#, ASP.NET, and JavaScript applications
• 5+ years of experience developing solutions on a Microsoft technology stack
• Knowledge and design abilities for APIs, web applications and back-end components
• Understanding of security principles and best practices
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft SQL Server
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and techniques, such as continuous integration/deployment and automated testing
• Experience with source control tools, such as Git and Azure DevOps
• Comfortable working with agile development methodologies
• Strong abilities to troubleshoot and debug code, as well as identify and resolve performance issues as they come up
