What You Will Be Responsible For

• L1/L2 SAP Basis Support including transports, security, audits and coordinating system refreshes and patching.
• Maintaining the ongoing cybersecurity posture of Briscoe group with the team
• Supporting the management of existing and new IT systems
• Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining IT systems, application software and system management tools
• Best of both worlds – Simultaneously delivering internal IT projects and support services
• Be a tech trendsetter: Designing, testing, and documenting systems according to best practice
• Play the IT Troubleshooter: Provide support resolving IT related issues across the network
• Performing on-call duty when rostered

About You

To be successful in this role you will need:

• 8+ years’ experience in an IT support/administration/engineering role or prior work experience in a similar role.
• A+ certification, MCSE, CCNA, ITIL and IT security certification is a plus!
• Bonus points if you have SAP experience and experience supporting Linux.
• You’ll be able to channel your inner wordsmith with your exceptional communication skills – not just any skills, but the kind that turns technical jargon into a captivating story for our non-tech-savvy friends!
• Well-developed organisational skills including the ability to prioritise tasks and manage your time effectively.
• You’ll thrive on the nitty-gritty and be able to turns up the heat under pressure.
