Are you a design virtuoso with a passion for transforming ideas into visually stunning masterpieces? As our Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll be the Picasso behind our brand’s graphic design programme. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our email and website graphics across both of our brands – Briscoes and Rebel Sport. This role will be perfect for someone who thrives in an energetic environment, and loves immersing themselves in lots of different projects.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead& Guide: Provide ongoing leadership and support to the team.
• Content Creative: Creating assets and wireframes for our brands and promotional activity for our online experiences.
• Creative Design: Design all assets for the email programme and website.
• New Experiences: Designing new experiences for the websites.
• Collaborate: Work with agency assets to take the above the line campaigns into the digital world in a way that makes sense for the user
• Online Campaign Vision: Create engaging online concepts for online only campaigns.

What You’ll Bring

• 3-5 years in a retail digital graphic design role
• A Certificate in digital design or similar area
• Significant experience within creating email designs using best practice UX.
• Advanced skills in the Adobe suite
• Team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skill
• A high level of proactivity and initiative, problem solving and attention to detail.
• Passion for retail and a keen understanding of industry trends
