The Brokrete Storefront gives suppliers their own iOS and Android app, a full e-commerce experience through their own website and the tools to continue to receive offline orders from more ‘traditional’ customers, all in one place. Behind the scenes, Brokrete provides order management, payouts, dispatching, logistics and real-time delivery. With financial and operational ERP integrations, Storefront can operate stand-alone or seamlessly alongside deeply integrated products.

About the role:

At Brokrete, we would be lost without our successful and knowledgeable sales team. The Sales Representative showcases and sells Brokrete’s e-commerce products to suppliers by providing demonstrations and informational meetings. As a subject matter expert in construction, the Sales Representative knows the product inside out and is confident in reaching out to potential customers through various channels.

What you will do:

  • Identify and quantify new business opportunities and prospects to enable Brokrete growth
  • Reach out to construction suppliers to pitch the product and set up sales calls
  • Make effective sales calls
  • Showcase and demonstrate the Brokrete e-commerce platform
  • Manage the entire sales cycle with the client
  • Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with partners, including monthly & quarterly touch points
  • Execute communication strategies to keep Brokrete top of mind with our key customers
  • Meet weekly, monthly and annual sales quotas
  • Prepare accurate and concise reports, proposals and documentation
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the sales team
  • Remain current and up to date on trends in the construction industry

What you have:

  • 2-5 years experience in business development or sales role
  • Sound knowledge of the construction industry is required
  • A results-driven approach to meet and exceed partnership key performance indicators (KPI’s)
  • Strong relationship management skills and an aptitude for identifying opportunities
  • A preference for working in an open and collaborative cross functional team environment
  • Excellent presentation skills and comfortability demonstrating platform products
