Brookwoods Group Hiring for Corporate Social Responsibility Coordinator at Remote Full Time

Brookwoods Group has partnered with a well-known retail corporation to identify a Corporate Social Responsibility Coordinator for a six-month contract which will likely extend.

The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team has spent the last year standing up multiple programs and building new partnerships, and now they’re ready to deepen the impact. Our client is looking for someone who is passionate about social impact and can help keep us organized as we continue to stoke the give back “fire” in our associates across the business. This person will be in a prime spot to grow professionally as they’ll touch almost every CSR program.

This team sits within internal communications and is surrounded by advocates and supporters through the companywide champion network. This client gives big and is always finding new ways to integrate social impact throughout the business.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Coordinate and track product donations weekly, working cross-functionally (with distribution centers, supply chain, store operations, etc.) and with local nonprofit partners

· With oversight from the CSR lead, manage our volunteering and giving platform, YourCause, tracking/reporting on program engagement, developing/approving volunteer events and giving campaigns, managing the incentive programs, helping associates navigate the platform, etc.

· Assist with preparing monthly and quarterly CSR reports

· Help plan and coordinate company-sponsored volunteer events (National Volunteer Week, Company’s annual conference volunteer event and more)

· Support the creation of CSR content, assets, and resources

· Work with internal stakeholders to set up monthly point-of-sale (POS) partners and track contributions

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

You have a passion for social responsibility and have a creative approach to finding ways to inspire team members to get involved and make a difference in their communities.

· You have excellent oral and written communication skills that ensure great communication up, down, and across our organization.

· You love data and you’re able to use data to drive the direction of the CSR program and to analyze results.

You have an eye for detail and love a good organizational system

Pay: $22.00 – $29.00 per hour
