YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Management and Go-To-Market – 40% Impact
Responsible for the translation, adaptation and production and distribution of marketing materials and assets such as, but not limited to, brochures, spec sheets, videos, and point of purchase material, on time and according to the deployment of marketing campaigns and new model year launches for all brands.
Responsible for issuing purchase orders before the beginning of the projects, and of making payments for the services provided on a timely manner.
Responsible executing the tactics in the marketing budget according to the plan rigorously tracking expenses, such as updating reports and making accruals in an accurate way and pro-actively suggesting opportunities to improve the ROI of the marketing dollars.
Responsible for managing public relations, including the communication of local, national and international events, integrating them to the digital strategy through the Digital Marketing Coordinator, and communicating them to the Country Manager, to interested parties such as dealers, to current clients and prospective buyers.
Responsible for managing key performance indexes, measuring and reporting the performance of the tactics that support the marketing plan, the media plan (except digital media) and the new product launch strategy, always looking for the best ROI for BRP.
Contributes to the creation of the annual marketing plan, marketing budget, media plan and the new product launch strategy.
Shows and Events – 30% Impact
Accountable and responsible for planning and executing product launches, press events, trade shows, demo tours and dealer events.
Accountable and responsible for planning and managing the demo fleet, including the purchase, usage, maintenance, storage and sale of the units, the last one with the support of Sales.
Accountable and responsible for the creation of a calendar of dealer events to be financially supported by BRP according to the strategic objectives of the company.
Digital Marketing and CRM – 10% Impact
Accountable for local campaign tactics, pro-actively connecting with Sales, and the dealers to find opportunities to launch promotions and campaigns using digital marketing, email marketing, and telemarketing, working hand-in-hand with the Digital Marketing Coordinator to execute those tactics.
Responsible for the creation / adaptation of images, banners, videos and other creative assets to support the digital and CRM campaigns on a timely manner and in coordination with the Digital Marketing Coordinator.
Supports the Digital Marketing Coordinator with the communication of local market priorities, products to focus and target customers on social media and Google.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Minimum of 5 years of full-time professional experience
Command of the Microsoft Office package, including good knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent interpersonal communication, emotional intelligence and capacity to work under pressure, attention to details, rigorous execution, impeccable follow-up, creativity, pro-activity
Project management skills a strong asset
Advanced English (written and spoken) a must
