Position Summary

The park attendant is responsible for the operations of the dog daycare and indoor park. This role enforces the rules and regulations of Bruno & Dino’s House, Inc., takes care of daycare dogs and coordinates the activities for the dogs based on age, skills, and requests from dog owners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Oversee the daycare dogs

Enforce dog park rules and regulations

Establish programs to aide dogs in behavioral and social development

Engage with dog owners regarding dog’s behavior

Monitor dog’s progress and behavior

Confirm that dogs are checked in and up to date with needed vaccinations

Review and analyze the effectiveness of current programs

Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

Knowledge on dog breeds, intelligence, and behavior

Excellent computer skills

Excellent customer relationship skills

Excellent oral communication skills

PetTech certified (preferred but not required)
