Program/Project ManagerBCForward is currently seeking highly motivated Program/Project Manager for our client based in Redmond, WAPosition: Program/Project ManagerLocation: Redmond, WAAnticipated start date: ASAPDuration: 11 MonthsJob Description *Build and analyze output of data models to drive strategic planning and forecasting/li> *Build systems to identify, implement, and monitor quality control measures *Identify and implement measurable process improvement opportunities *Liaise between all stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and project rollouts *Build resilient processes to deliver repeatable and reproducible outcomes *Studying business functions and system capabilities *Evaluating output requirements *Constructing workflow charts and diagrams *Documenting specifications, requirements, and processes *Define project requirements such as project milestones, phases, and elements *Form project team *Establish and monitor project budget *Build and execute communication strategy *Conduct risk analyses and mitigation strategies *Monitor and report on project progress *Identify and resolve project blockers Qualifications *Minimum 5 years program/project management experience *Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply chain management, or Engineering *Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate right information to right stakeholder at the right time *Experience supporting high volume operations with a large organization *Deep attention to detail, organizational, time management, and troubleshooting skills *Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize and manage work accordingly *Deep comfort navigating complexity and ambiguity *Customer obsession *100% availability to work onsite *Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerBI, Visio Preferred Qualifications *Supply chain and/or logistics experience About BCForward:BCForward began as an IT business solution andstaffing firm.
