We are looking to appoint an Education, Attendance & Welfare Officer to join our outstanding team to start as soon as possible
Term time only: Yes
Salary Type: £28,000 to £32,000 per annum
Salary details: £28,000 to £32,000 per annum (FTE £34,000)
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: 41 weeks per year (Term Time only, plus 2 weeks during school holidays) 8am to 4pm, daily

This role is for you if you have excellent communication skills, would enjoy monitoring and responding to attendance data and communicating with parents/carers and students about school attendance.
If you would like to directly support, oversee and support student welfare and progress, then we would like to hear from you.
The successful candidate will work within our Pastoral and Safeguarding Teams and will need to have a good education and enjoy working with young people.
If you have experience in dealing with student attendance and welfare issues, we would like to hear from you.
