RMBA are now seeking the services of an experienced and qualified building practitioner with good relationship and computer skills who resides in Auckland, to service the wider Auckland region.
  
If you excel at self-management; building relationships and have an outstanding knowledge of the building and construction industry you could be exactly who we are looking for. You will also need to have good computer skills, be a good communicator and have a driver’s license.
  
RMBA run world class events and programs along with education and training seminars to ensure NZ building members are the best of the best.
  
Key Responsibilities:  

• Proactively recruit and assist with the process for new member applications
• Scheduled visits to new and existing members
• Assist with reporting within the complaint process between members and their clients
• Assist our guarantee company, Master Build Services, to carry out investigations, coordinate repairs and provide written reports to works accepted under the guarantee  

Key Skills and Attributes:  

• Building / trades-based practitioner
• Strong knowledge of the NZ construction industry
• Good communication and people skills
• Competent computer skills
• A current NZ full driver’s license
