Bumble is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to help scale Bumble’s brand as the leading relationships and social networking app in Mexico.

Reporting to the Sr. Marketing Manager, Mexico, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional campaigns and go-to-market strategies. This role will work with marketing teams and local agencies across multiple LATAM markets to support their growth through integrated marketing campaigns and new market expansion.

The Marketing Manager will be in charge of ensuring best practices in all aspects of marketing while providing strategic direction to inform campaigns and strategies that meet our short and long-term business goals. This role’s key focus is on delivering new user growth in Mexico via improved marketing planning and efficient activation of marketing plans, monitoring analytics, and identifying opportunities to build and scale our brand.

This is a strategic and operational role within the Global Marketing Organization that will play a critical role in driving our brand across the region.

What You’ll Do

• Work with the LATAM Director in assisting the Mexico market with its marketing strategies and activities, driving new user growth.
• Work with Sr. Marketing Manager Mexico to drive new Brand Awareness and engagement across the country; leading the day-to-day management and execution of marketing activities.
• Lead and support the development of consumer campaigns and go-to-market strategy for key brand campaigns – that meet our short and long-term business goals.
• Build marketing processes, toolkits, and best practices in collaboration with individual markets and integrated teams and then roll them out regionally in Latam.
• Identify best practices, working with all markets to ensure consistency, and assist in robust planning.
• Setting and implementing Social Media and Influencer marketing campaigns to align with marketing campaigns at a Latam level.
• Track and measure campaign success [consumer and subscription funnel data] with regular quant-driven check-ins with leadership teams.
• Prepare presentations and clearly communicate findings from initiatives to management and to the broader organization.
• Drafting agreements and liaising with the International Operations team and/or Legal team to define commercial and contractual information for brand campaigns.
• Facilitate the relationship between teams, drive projects forward, and effectively allocate resources

Experience We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in managing and executing large-scale consumer campaigns and long-term brand building through a diverse media mix
• Experience driving customer acquisition and growth through the implementation of digital and traditional media strategies
• Experience working with media and creative agencies
• Experience working with Influencers and Social Media agencies with a focus on growth.
• Experience in large brand campaigns management with an understanding of communications and media planning
• Strong budget and project management skills, attention to detail and communication
• Knowledge for consumers, with a demonstrated experience utilizing consumer research and data to drive actionable insights to inform marketing strategy and improve the consumer experience
• Experience managing multiple campaigns at the same time, and working with many different internal and external teams to ensure we are launching our programs seamlessly and to the highest impact
• Background of marketing to other LATAM markets a plus.
