Job description
SUMMARY: Compiles and maintains medical records of patients of health care delivery system to document patient condition and treatment. Medical Records Assistant is responsible for all the tasks performed in the Medical Records Department under the direction of the Medical Records Designee. Assists in providing a clean, safe, dignified, happy and healthy environment for residents by performing the duties as described below.
