As a Designer, you will spend your time

Space planning of corporate administration open office and private office furniture

Creating accurate AutoCAD/CAP/CET drawings and documents for presentation and implementation of projects

Engaging with end users to determine solution to best meet their needs

Managing and updating documents and drawings in Lilly Facility Management Tool

Assisting project manager with quotes, purchase order entry, and documentation

Maintaining complete and accurate project files

Managing vendors and their expectations

The ideal candidate has the following skills and abilities:

Thorough working knowledge of AutoCAD; CET is a bonus

Working knowledge of CAP Furniture Spec Tool or equivalent

Experience with office moves

Experience with Steelcase office furniture (preferred)

Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Excellent communication skills

Excellent customer service skills

Impeccable attention to detail

Strong interpersonal skills, conflict management skills, and critical thinking skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage time and deadlines

Ability to work in a team environment
