Office Administrator / Executive Assistant

In this exciting time of rapid change, our company is making strides toward our long-term vision. This position is not a ‘work-from-home’ role although we allow for some flexibility. This role requires your physical presence in our east Vancouver showroom during business hours: Monday to Friday 8:30-5pm.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:
– Answering phones, screening calls, welcoming visitors.
– Customer Service.
– Bookkeeping, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables.
– Order entry – processing purchase orders and invoices.
– Ordering supplies.
– Organizing events and team lunches.
– Various Marketing projects.
– Being a Liaison between operations manager, customers, and sales team.
– Assisting Director.
– web site updates, uploading images, search engine optimization.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
