About the Job Title:
Reporting to the People Operations Lead, the Operations Coordinator works closely with the full VFC team to support recruitment and retention efforts, financial processes, and the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. The Operations Coordinator is pivotal to the creation and execution of VFC internal operations and culture initiatives.
Specifically, the Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the full scope of operations work, including: administrative hiring and employee retention processes, administrative financial processes and employee engagement activities. This role will be a key part of our Operations team with ample opportunities for growth and development.
The ideal candidate loves to bring people together by operating behind the scenes. They’re comfortable in uncertainty, with trying something new, and solving last-minute problems with a level head. We’re seeking a candidate who can both support the administrative processes involved in operations and create positive and productive collaborative and engaging relationships across the VFC team.

French language (written and spoken)
Role Responsibilities
Support process documentation and file organization for the Operations Team
With the People Operations Lead, support the implementation of VFC’s internal DEI strategy
Provide support and maintenance of VFC policies
Support new staff recruitment, hiring and onboarding
With the People Operations Lead, support the cultivation of a positive work culture at VFC
Support VFC finance process as requested
Support program processes for French partners
Support internal administrative work including translation needs, internal process compilement, and process documentation.
Support HR operations by summarizing research, and compiling reports on strategies and data analysis
Any other responsibilities as requested by VFC

Venture for Canada is committed to providing equal pay for equal work with salaries in line with industry standards. The salary for this position is $48,000-$52,000.
