We are looking to fulfill the role of Data Entry Clerk. This role will require you to work together with account mangers to successfully meet deadlines.

Job duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Input and verify invoices and paperwork using industry specific software.

• Resolve discrepancies that may arise due to incomplete documentation
• Consult with account managers to resolve an invoice queries or concerns
• Follow up with Debtor’s regarding payment

• Interact with clients via phone or email regarding documentation submitted online

• Any other duties as assigned.
• Cash posting as required

A successful candidate will possess the following;

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• 1-2 years of data entry experience

• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work in a fast paced environment

• Previous knowledge of the transportation and/or finance industry is preferred.
