C3 Limited Looking for Entry Level Port Work Opportunities at Tauranga, Bay of Plenty Full Time

Get out of the classroom or lecture theatre and into a job working outside with your hands in the bustling and vibrant industry that is port logistics.

If you are a school leaver looking to enter the workforce and potentially embark on a new career or a student looking for work, or just someone looking for a change of job, then we could have an opportunity for you.

No experience is required as full training is provided to work on the port, however you do need to be physically fit and motivated with the flexibility to work a variety of shifts in our 24/7 environment. On offer are permanent and part time opportunities. Shifts are normally 12 hours long, usually starting at 0300am or 3pm.

Opportunities on offer involve assisting with the loading of logs and unloading of general cargo .

To be considered for these opportunities you will need to:

• Have flexibility to work hours over a 24/7 working week
• Be a strong team player
• Act in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety requirements
• Pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
• Have a positive attitude
• Be committed to a safe work environment
• Be legally entitled to work in NZ with a valid work visa, residency or citizen status
