Cabela’s Hiring for Boat Mold Prep at Flippin, United States Full Time

POSITION SUMMARY: To prepare boat molds for the next fiberglass boat production step of Gel Coating.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Applying wax, water, etc. to the Boat Deck molds. – 50%

• Dependent on boat model and wax product, apply product as instructed. – 25%

• With assistance as needed, push / pull boat molds in the production area. – 25%

• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Degree Required : High School or Equivalent

Experience : Entry Level

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY:

• Physically flexible and agile

• Ability to crawl, twist, bend, reach, sit, stand, etc.

• Ability to understand written and verbal instruction.
