As we grow, we are seeking an energetic and organized scheduling coordinator to manage the “back of the house.”

As an ideal candidate, you will thrive in a fast-paced work environment, have a keen ability to create and manage multiple installation schedules and communicate effectively with multiple departments to ensure installations run smoothly.

On-the-job training will be provided by our current operations manager who has 10 years of operations experience and is certified in process improvement (Black Belt).

Objectives of this Role

• Track material delivery dates

• Create and manage the installation schedule

• Work with customers, installers and designers to resolve issues that come up during or after installation and reschedule installations as needed

Daily Responsibilities

• Match customer needs, material availability and installer availability to build the installation schedule

• Handle issues that arise during or after installation, through effective communication with customers, installers and designers.

• Follow-up with vendors to ensure material delivery dates and availability

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong desire for delivering quality service to customers

• Strong written and spoken communication skills

• 2+ years in scheduling position preferred

• Proficient at working with multiple departments to quickly solve problems

• Construction experience preferred

• Customer service experience in home improvement preferred

• Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
