Technical Facilities Manager
Cadent Sourcing is partnering with one of Ireland’s leading Facilities Management companies.
The role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to join a growing FM company, that is highly focused on their staff. And gives the opportunity to work autonomously.
The Technical Facilities Manager will have at least 4 years experience in facilities management, focusing on Hard Services and client management.
Required:
- 4 years experience in Facilities Management
- Expeirence managing Hard Service or Technical Services.
- Strong Client Management skills
- Budget Management skills
- Ability to work autonomously.
The Role:
- Manage the Technical Services on Client sites
- Act as a Trusted Advisor, on all things technical with the client
- Ensure that Planned and Reactive Maintenance work is scheduled, confirmed and completed.
- Manage the Vendor Relationships
- Manage projects
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: €60,000.00-€65,000.00 per year
