Technical Facilities Manager

Cadent Sourcing is partnering with one of Ireland’s leading Facilities Management companies.

The role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to join a growing FM company, that is highly focused on their staff. And gives the opportunity to work autonomously.

The Technical Facilities Manager will have at least 4 years experience in facilities management, focusing on Hard Services and client management.

Required:

• 4 years experience in Facilities Management
• Expeirence managing Hard Service or Technical Services.
• Strong Client Management skills
• Budget Management skills
• Ability to work autonomously.

The Role:

• Manage the Technical Services on Client sites
• Act as a Trusted Advisor, on all things technical with the client
• Ensure that Planned and Reactive Maintenance work is scheduled, confirmed and completed.
• Manage the Vendor Relationships
• Manage projects

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €60,000.00-€65,000.00 per year
