Cambridge Mobile Telematics Looking for Software Engineering Intern at Cambridge, MA Full Time

As a Software Engineering Intern in the Development Squad, you will have the opportunity to work with a Software Engineer, build real life applications, integrate with other software, learn more about practical programming, software design, and development.

CMT is looking for a collaborative, customer-committed, and creative Software Engineering Intern who wants to join us in making roads safer by making drivers better!

Responsibilities:

• Code proficiently in Python and explore other languages like SQL, Terraform, or JavaScript
• Actively participate in software design, development, and review processes
• Collaborate closely with one of our Software Engineers on CMT’s backend, managing a variety of signal data
• Complete any additional tasks as they arise

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program, or a recent graduate
• Ability to work from our Cambridge office as needed
• Familiarity with programming and programming tools
• Previous experience with Python is a plus
• Strong mathematical skills, coupled with experience in data structures and algorithms, is a plus
