CamCuts Property Services Hiring for International Logistics Coordinator at Georgia Full Time

The International Logistics Coordinator will work as a customer service representative, traffic coordinator, or ocean import coordinator with our client’s documentation and billing team.

Responsibilities

• Tracking, tracing, and updating the status of shipments on a daily basis.
• Conducting an AMS Download on a daily basis.
• Accurate and timely data entry into our system.
• Effective communication with customers, vendors, shipping lines, tracking companies, and co-workers through a high volume of e-mails, phone calls and verbal contact.
• Accurate and timely billing to customers.
• Maintaining strong and effective relationships with vendors (shipping lines, trucking companies, etc.).
• Ensures that shipments and deliveries arrive in a timely manner by meeting several deadlines throughout the process.
• Manage daily emails/phone calls from customers and other offices/departments that pertain to the respective accounts.

Experience

• Experience dealing with a high volume of data entry.
• Good follow up abilities, strong organizational skills, and email communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 – $950.00 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay
