ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll be at the forefront of running and optimising high-performance Google Ads campaigns. This is a hands-on role where you’ll implement campaigns and provide strategic input without the need for direct client interactions. With flexible hours, a friendly team, and an office location close to cafes and the beach, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing agency. You’ll be the go-to expert in the room, collaborating on big projects and enjoying a blend of autonomy and teamwork.

• Set up and optimise Google Ads campaigns for clients.
• Track and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments.
• Configure Google Analytics and set up conversion tracking.
• Provide expert input in strategic client planning and pre-sales discussions.
• Assist with team training and task delegation within the performance team.

Skills & Experience

You’ll need extensive experience managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns, alongside strong analytical abilities to track performance and make data-driven decisions. A deep understanding of digital marketing principles is crucial, paired with excellent project management skills to oversee multiple tasks efficiently. You’ll also demonstrate leadership within a team, helping with training and strategy while ensuring effective communication across internal stakeholders.
