ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a great opportunity to lead a team of two offshore individuals and lead their marketing strategy, blending strategic vision with hands-on execution. Guiding your dynamic team, you’ll drive innovative paid ad campaigns across digital platforms, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads. This role is crucial in crafting and optimising lead generation strategies, collaborating closely with sales, and ensuring their marketing efforts are creative, data-driven, and aligned with their growth objectives.

• Develop and implement lead generation strategies across Google Ads, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Oversee and optimise paid advertising campaigns to maximise ROI.
• Collaborate with sales to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering creativity and innovation.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

You’ll bring a wealth of experience in digital marketing and lead generation, with a strong background in managing successful paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Your ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies will be crucial, as will your leadership skills in guiding and inspiring the marketing team. With a deep understanding of the NZ market, you’ll drive results through innovative, data-driven approaches.

• Extensive experience in lead generation and digital marketing.
• Proven success in managing and optimising paid ad campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Leadership experience in mentoring and managing teams.
• Strong understanding and experience in the real estate sector.
