Our customers are ready for their next adventure, to escape and reconnect, and our team can’t wait to help them begin their journey. We are continuing to grow our Sales and Customer Service team and our goal is to deliver a phenomenal experience to our customers and travel agents, every time they contact us. In this position, you’ll demonstrate your passion for what we do, while assisting our customers through multiple channels, via calls, emails, live chats, and our social media platforms.
This is a permanent full-time position operating as a hybrid role from our Auckland office, including time working from home and required office hours. We work across a 7-day roster, which will include rotational evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Experience in a Contact Centre environment &/or the travel industry would be advantageous, and in addition to the above, you will share in Intrepid’s core values of integrity, innovation, fun, passion, growth, and responsibility. The Induction and full-time training will commence on Monday the 24th of October 2022.
