We are a small company looking for extra personnel to assist with Data Entry, regarding the setup of our system. We are looking for a personable and motivated individual to add to our team.

Job description

Working closely with our Office Manager to organize data for importing into Prophet 21 system, as well as manual data entry into the system where needed. This will include Product, Customer and Supplier information, Purchase and Sale Order history, as well as refining settings and menus across the system to better fit our needs.

There may be other data entry related tasks delegated to you, that are not related to the Prophet 21 system.

As we are a small company, everybody pitches in where needed, and we will require your involvement in weekly duties such as trash, and various other cleaning tasks.

Job Includes:

· Data Entry

· Working with Excel

· Learning about and working with Prophet 21 system

· Various data related and administrative tasks

Requirements:

· Proficient with Excel and other Microsoft Programs

· Experience with Prophet 21 is as asset

· Must be very detail oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced work environment.

· Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and efficiently

· Must be comfortable with a high volume of work

· Looking for someone who takes initiative

· Flexibility and willingness to assist with other general admin duties within the office as a team player
