Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Senior Production Manager, you will play a critical role in helping to produce Canada Goose outerwear according to the high standards of quality Canada Goose is known for all over the world.

Piecework with competitive incentive bonus

Different tasks daily based on Production needs, including sewing complete garment but not limited to

Assess the quality of garment pieces before sewing to ensure garments are up to Canada Goose quality standards

Ensure individual productivity quotas are met or exceeded daily, while at the same time maintaining Canada Goose quality standards

Any other tasks assigned by the Senior Production Manager (ex. warranty & repair, training, samples, etc)

Here’s what we are looking for…

2-3 years’ sewing experience working with outerwear garments

Must be able to work overtime, evenings and weekends

Experience on single needle, double needle and seam serger machines

Experience on specialty machines considered a definite asset

Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Product quality inspection and evaluation.

Must be able to work Monday – Friday from 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
