We are looking for a Flexible Benefits Administrator
The Flexible Benefits Administrator is responsible for the monthly premium reporting, scheduled payroll feeds and associated administrative activities for group clients with outsourced administration. The Flexible Benefits Administrator is responsible for establishing and maintaining all division, plan, and benefit and payroll set-up on the GroupNet Flex system on-going and for re-enrollment periods. The Flexible Benefits Administrator works closely with the Client Benefit Specialist.
What you will do
- Living our values of Customer View; Integrity; Partnership; and Communities
- Work directly with our group customers and their plan members
- Produce and verify monthly premium statements and payrolls feeds for outsourced group customers, in accordance with procedures
- Produce and verify customized monthly premium and/or enrollment reports for outsourced group clients, in accordance with procedures
- Follow procedures for premium collection for employees on leave, premium in arrears
- Process scheduled HRIS files for all clients on GroupNet Flex system
- Make enrollment changes on GroupNet Flex, GroupNet and EAS for outsourced clients and GroupNet Flex clients, e.g. EOI approvals, benefit terminations, coverage changes, salary updates
- Respond to inquiries and requests for information from outsourced clients with respect to eligibility, monthly premium statements and payroll feeds

Support the Client Benefit Specialist through the implementation of new group clients on GroupNet Flex and through annual re-enrollment
- Update the system, based on the Statement of Work document
- Facilitate pre and post annual enrollment activities
- Make all GroupNet Flex system updates as a result of plan amendments
What you will bring
- Ability to excel within a Purpose/Vision driven environment
- Aptitude for mathematics is required
- Experience in Enrollment and group systems used such as PAS, EAS, Tandem, and GroupNet is considered an asset
- Strong technical skills in Excel, Word
- Well-developed organizational skills including an ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks, and work to deadlines
- Well developed analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Fluency in both French and English – Written and Oral – would be an asset
- Demonstrated high level of customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
