We are looking for a Navigator, Group Customer Digital Labs.
Role description
As a Navigator you are a true change agent – responsible for guiding business teams through the process start-to-finish. You remove impediments to achieving operational readiness. You coordinate product roll-out in close partnership with other technical and business teams. You have a deep understanding of the Customer Experience Journey and drive continuous improvement with a product agnostic mindset
What you’ll do:
Guide teams through applicable end-to-end processes.
Coach team on methodology and cross functional collaboration
Remove/facilitate removal of impediments and ensure team has what it needs to succeed from driving approvals (e.g., Compliance, Legal) to ensuring the team has required training, coaching and resources
Facilitate alignment with all key business partners to ensure readiness for product rollout, including processes for business value measurement and feedback loops to inform future waves
Help develop transformation roadmap including identifying and planning proofs of concepts to be piloted in each wave and tracking impact KPIs
What you’ll bring:
A broad network in the organization to pull the right connections and get things done
A strong background in Group Life and Health business with a keen understanding of the plan sponsor, plan advisor and plan member needs
The ability to communicate complex issues and trade-offs and tell a compelling story
Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders
The ability to quickly structure and break down problems and push the team towards a solution
Strong coaching skills with considerable experience in coaching large teams with various profiles
A challenger mindset with a passion to challenge status quo to find new solutions and drive out of the box ideas
Believes in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency and trust across the team
