We are seeking 1 administrative assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position with flexible 40 hours per week.

Main job duties:
· Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
· Answer and direct phone calls
· Reply to email, telephone or face to face meetings with clients
· Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
· Maintain contact lists
· Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
· Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
· Develop and maintain a filing system
· Provide information by answering questions and requests via email or phone
· Handle multiple projects
· Cover the reception desk when required
· Maintain computer and manual filing systems
Education/Skills, Knowledge and Abilities/Attributes
· 1 year of experience in an office job or in a similar position preferred.
· Ability to work well under pressure, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
· Exceptional client and file management.
· Strong teamwork skills, trustworthy, accountable, proactive and a positive work attitude.
· Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational and planning skills
· Proficient in MS Office

Salary: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
